Welcome to the Rabbitry

English Angora Rabbits

English Angoras are fabulous animals. They are known as the puppy dogs of the bunny world which is part of the reason I enjoy them so much. They have sweet, gentle personalities but don't let that fool you because they can also be quite sassy.

They originated in England being bred for their fabulous fiber. This is one of the reasons I got interested in the breed. I would love to be able to spin their fiber into yarn for my nonstop crochet projects.

EAs are the smallest angoras in the world of angoras but I would say they have mighty personalities for their size and they still produce a ton of fiber! That being said, they do require more maintenance than your average short-haired breed but it is totally worth it in my book.
